PLANNING
During the planning phase we craft a budget, create a detailed project schedule, and define conceptual, logical and physical design features. From these we create product specifications and requirements documentation. We refine the specifications by using prototyping techniques to solicit end-user feedback during this phase.

We also define requirements for user education, marketing, testing, and implementation.

During the Planning Phase we answer questions such as:

  • How long will this project take?
  • Who are the individuals involved, what are their roles, and what is their availability?
  • What development tools will we use?
  • What are the major risks to this project and how will we manage them?
  • How will we test the deliverables?
  • How will we communicate and work together?
  • What are the detailed requirements for the project?
  • What information should be contained on the reports?
  • What does the technical design look like?
