During the deploying phase we perform the necessary tasks to get the product into the hands of the users. Tasks completed during this phase can include installation, training, client support and help desk activities.
During the Deploying Phase we answer questions such as:
- How will we train the users?
- Do the users understand what has been created and how to use it?
- Does the project work in its production environment as planned?
- How will we get input from users on an ongoing basis?
- How will we handle problems that arise in the system?
- Who will monitor the technical environment?
