When a clothing retailer needed a better way to put performance data in the hands of its managers across the country, they turned to Lancet to roll out eye-catching and easy-to-use dashboards. The company already relied on the MicroStrategy platform to capture sales data. However, the Business Intelligence team knew bringing in an experienced partner would ensure success on their first mobile rollout.

Maximizing the company brand was a key component of the project. Lancet's user interface designers created a custom iPad® interface that integrates the right data elements with the colors, images and style of the company's existing communications.

Lancet also streamlined the data delivery process, saving regional managers valuable time and eliminating the need to download data before each call. Now, even when traveling to remote areas, their dashboards show current sales trends and facilitate easy comparisons by region, district, store, price, day and other variables.
