TOM NICCUM, PH.D.
President
Tom Niccum is a Founder and President of Lancet Software. Niccum has over 30 years of computing industry experience with the past 13 of those in the Business Intelligence and data warehousing area. In addition, Dr. Niccum earned a University of Minnesota Ph.D. in Computer Science, for his doctoral thesis "Declustering Aware Parallel Join Algorithms and their Optimization."
As President of Lancet, Niccum has led the management team in strategic planning while also managing the company's financials and worked to create partnerships with vendors and connect Lancet's clients to the right BI Solution as the head of Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
As a leading supplier of Business Intelligence products and services, Lancet has built its reputation over thirteen years by delivering real-world applications such as decision support systems, data warehouses and enterprise reporting and analytical systems.
